     Yes, lady lawyers DO ride Harleys! As such, we understand the concerns and risks associated with being a motorcycle rider in Southern California. It’s scary enough riding in a car sometimes with all the crazy drivers out there. But, it becomes even more so when you are riding a bike.

          Motorcycle accidents are usually serious events for the rider and more times than not they are not the biker’s fault. As a Harley rider, my experience is that most serious bikers take their bike and their safety seriously as well. When a motorcycle accident happens, unfortunately, the rider and/or the bike usually suffer serious injury and damages.

As discussed in the automobile accident section of our website, you will not be paid for your pain and suffering, your lost time from work, your future lost earning capacity, perhaps all of your medical expenses, medications, crutches etc. UNLESS you have attorney representation. Even IF the other driver’s insurance company assumes full responsibility for liability, all you will get is your property damage and what the insurance company decides is “reasonable” for your medical expenses. As far as all those weeks you spent in pain, sorry, nothing for that UNLESS you have an attorney.
